Tree service lead machine (tslm) billing policy

1. Overview

This Billing Policy outlines the payment terms, responsibilities, and consequences related to services provided by Tree Service Lead Machine (TSLM). By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.

Management Fees

2.1 Payment Terms

  • Management fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Payments are due on the assigned billing cycle date each month.

2.2 Late Payments

  • If a management payment is not received within 24 hours of the due date, it will be considered late.

  • A $150 late fee will be applied to the account.

2.3 Communication Clause

  • The late fee may be waived only if prior communication has been made and a resolution has been agreed upon with TSLM before the 24-hour grace period expires.

2.4 Service Interruption

  • TSLM reserves the right to pause or suspend services if payment remains outstanding beyond the grace period.

Ad-Spend

3.1 Client Responsibility

  • All advertising spend (e.g., Meta/Facebook ads) is the sole responsibility of the client.

  • TSLM does not manage, front, or assume liability for ad spend payments.

3.2 Payment Method Requirements

  • Clients must maintain a valid and functional payment method on their advertising accounts at all times.

3.3 Failed Payments

  • If your ad spend payment method fails, you are required to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

3.4 Late Fees for Ad Spend Issues

  • If unresolved after 24 hours, a $50 late fee per day will be applied until the issue is corrected.

3.5 Platform Collection Responsibility

  • If ad spend remains unpaid:

    • Platforms such as Meta (Facebook) may make multiple attempts to collect the outstanding balance.

    • This may include direct charges, account restrictions, or escalation actions.

  • TSLM is not responsible for any consequences resulting from unpaid ad spend.

General payment terms

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments and accurate billing information.

  • Continued failure to comply with this policy may result in:

    • Service suspension

    • Account termination

    • Additional collection actions if necessary

By working with Tree Service Lead Machine (TSLM), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Billing Policy.
